ZGS-12/0.4 Combined Transformer

This series of packaged substations features a compact size, lightweight design, low noise, low loss, and high reliability, making it a viable alternative to imported products. It is widely used in residential communities, commercial centers, light rail stations, airports, factories, enterprises, hospitals, schools, and other locations.

The structure is compact and space-saving, allowing for flexible and convenient installation. It adopts a fully insulated and fully sealed design, reliably ensuring personal safety. The dual-fuse protection system reduces operational costs, with plug-in fuses utilizing dual-element fuses sensitive to both temperature and current. The substation is suitable for both terminal systems and ring network systems.

The high-voltage incoming line employs cable plug-in connectors with isolation switch features, providing convenient and flexible operation. The transformer uses a three-phase three-limb or three-phase four-limb structure, offering low noise, low loss, and strong resistance to short circuits and overloads.

Filled with high flash point insulating oil, and with an exterior treated with “three-proof” coatings (moisture-proof, mildew-proof, salt spray-proof), this substation is well-suited to operate reliably in various harsh environments.

The enclosure of the combined transformer is made from metal sheets shaped by CNC equipment, divided into a high-voltage room and a low-voltage room, with the transformer located at the back of the high-voltage room. It features a compact size and convenient operation.
