HYBW-24/0.4 High/Low Voltage Prefabricated Substation

The HYBW-24 series is designed for three-phase AC 50Hz power systems used for receiving, transforming, and distributing electrical energy. The 24kV switchgear compartment can be equipped with KYN28A-24, HXGN-24 switchgear, or 24kV load break switches. On the 0.4kV side, low-voltage switchgear such as HGGD, HGCS, and HGCK can be installed. The transformer compartment supports both oil-filled and dry-type power transformers. This series is widely applied in outdoor environments including urban areas, towns, factories, oil fields, docks, and industrial and mining enterprises.

The HYBW-24/0.4 high-voltage/low-voltage prefabricated substation is an integrated, modular, and intelligent outdoor power distribution and transformation unit, widely used in urban distribution networks, industrial and mining enterprises, new energy projects, and various infrastructure power scenarios.

The substation is divided into three independent functional units:

High-Voltage Chamber
The high-voltage chamber is designed with scientific precision, ensuring stable and reliable operation of the distribution units. It features an observation window and electrical interlock devices, effectively guaranteeing operational safety and facilitating on-site inspection and operation.

Low-Voltage Chamber
The low-voltage side adopts GGD-type AC low-voltage switchgear, known for its excellent versatility and scalability. The interior is arranged in layers, by function, and separated into compartments, offering a compact and rational layout that supports multi-circuit control and protection, thereby enhancing equipment safety and operational efficiency.

Transformer Chamber
The transformer chamber employs a dual-door design, with a solid outer door and a mesh inner door. This configuration allows direct observation of the transformer’s operating status while providing excellent ventilation, heat dissipation, and safety protection, ensuring stable and reliable equipment operation.

Product Structure

The HYBW-24/0.4 high-voltage/low-voltage prefabricated substation (also known as a box-type substation) features an enclosure made from high-quality metal sheets, processed and shaped by high-precision CNC equipment. It boasts a robust structure and excellent craftsmanship, providing outstanding corrosion resistance, rainproof, and dustproof capabilities to ensure stable operation of the equipment in various harsh environments.

The overall structure is divided into three functional zones:

High-Voltage Room: This area is designed for high-voltage incoming lines, metering, protection, and switching devices. It can be equipped with load switches, vacuum circuit breakers, and various wiring schemes.

Transformer Room: This room accommodates either dry-type or oil-immersed transformers, featuring good ventilation and safety protection measures, facilitating installation and maintenance.

Low-Voltage Room: This compartment houses low-voltage distribution devices with a standardized design. It can include circuit breakers, metering devices, capacitor compensation, and intelligent monitoring modules, meeting the modern distribution system's requirements for safety, reliability, and intelligence.
