The switchgear frame adopts a modular structure, with the main framework made of C-shaped steel profiles separated from high-strength flame-retardant plastic functional panels. Metal partitions with ventilation holes are installed between the upper and lower drawers to effectively prevent arc flash caused by switch component faults or short circuits between busbars and other circuits. The design is compact, using a 25mm module (E=25mm). Mechanical interlock mechanisms on drawers of various sizes comply with regulations, featuring three distinct positions: connected, test, and disconnected.
