HDFK-12 Primary and Secondary Integrated Ring Main Unit (RMU)

The HXGN68-12 Fixed Indoor AC Metal-Enclosed Ring Main Unit (RMU) is designed for three-phase AC power systems at 50 Hz. The cabinet is equipped with ZN100-12 vacuum circuit breakers and FZN58-12 vacuum load switches, both utilizing vacuum interrupter chambers. It features a plug-in rotary fuse design, making fuse replacement more convenient. The switchgear has a compact size and easy operation, making it widely used in substations with limited space and residential communities.

Features

The cabinet structure is made from aluminized zinc-coated steel plates, shaped through multiple bending processes and assembled with bolts, ensuring sturdy and reliable construction.
It features a compact and simple structure, aesthetically pleasing appearance, and well-organized layout.
The vacuum interrupter adopts advanced epoxy resin solid-sealing technology, providing an elegant appearance, excellent insulation performance, and easier operation.

Product Structure

The cabinet is made of aluminum-zinc coated steel plates or steel plates with a plastic spray coating, assembled by bolting and riveting with overlapping joints. It is compact, lightweight, and features strong modularity and versatility. The protection level reaches IP3X. It consists of four main sections:
① Busbar compartment
② Switch compartment (vacuum load switch or circuit breaker compartment)
③ Cable compartment
④ Low-voltage control compartment, including measurement or metering circuits, operating mechanisms, and interlocking devices.

Internal layout: the upper part houses the busbar compartment and instrument compartment, with the instrument compartment located at the front of the busbar compartment. The rear upper part is the load switch (or circuit breaker) compartment. Steel partitions separate cabinets to prevent faults from affecting adjacent units.
