Custom Dry-Type Power Transformer

The SC(B)13/14 series epoxy resin cast dry-type transformer uses filled Class F epoxy resin compound. After vacuum thin-film degassing, the high and low voltage windings—reinforced with fiberglass mesh—are cast in thin layers under vacuum and pressure. This process significantly enhances the mechanical strength, electrical insulation, and thermal resistance of the coils, resulting in a transformer with impact resistance, moisture resistance, fire retardancy, and long-term operational reliability.

This series is particularly suitable for critical environments with high requirements for flame retardancy, explosion protection, and moisture resistance, such as urban grid upgrades, high-rise buildings, commercial centers, theaters, hospitals, hotels, tunnels, subways, underground substations, laboratories, train stations, docks, airports, and compact/combined substations.
